Design of twenty translucent, illuminated fiberglass canopies, illuminated seating and paving. Ten green and ten red tinted canopies line both tracks on the Third Street overpass station. The bridge location offers pedestrians and motorists varying views traveling east or west below. At night canopies and seating are dramatically lit by the lantern-like illumination of the canopies and seating. Light Station creates a stage for the drama of arrival and departure.
